Overview
Our refund and returns policy is dependent on the product or services purchased. Due to the nature of our products and services in their variability each type of product or service and their return policies are outlined below.
To be eligible for any return it must met all requirements:
- Your item must be unused, unprovided, unplanned, and/or in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policies by Service:
Festivals:
Lyndon Festival Vendors:
Vendors for our festivals, in our Vendor Agreement, accepted our cancellation policy which grants vendors that wish to cancel a 50% refund if we have received a written request over 23 days before the first festival day. A written request for cancellation may be sent to our email at [email protected]. No refunds will be given if the cancellation request is within 18 days of the first festival day.
Lyndon Festival Sponsors:
Sponsors may not get a refund within 60 days of the event or if services and promotions have already begun online, in print, or otherwise. Due to the nature of this service and cost of print, ads, etc. that may be scheduled or already printed we would be unable to provide a refund.
Custom Event Planning
Once we have begun scheduling, or rendering services you will only be awarded a partial refund for any of the agreed upon services outlined in the final proposal that were not carried out, purchased, or rented. Additionally, if planning for your custom event has already commenced the hours worked to produce your event thus far may not be refunded. A refund is only possible if the deposit for your event is greater than the amount worked and non refundable rentals, purchases, or other logistics outlined in the agreement of services.
If cancellation is desired close to the event date (time frame ranges from 30 days to 1 hour before the event based on size of the event), all unpaid services not covered by the deposit must be paid no exceptions. As some vendors for rentals and purchases may require a cancellation fee, that fee will also be incurred by the client.

Once your return is requested, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
